Profile
Gareth qualified as a solicitor in 2004 before joining Johnsons in 2005. Gareth practises mainly in the area of defence litigation on behalf of a number of Insurers and institutional clients and also advises on general commercial litigation matters, including property litigation, professional negligence, judicial review and commercial debt recovery.
Gareth also undertakes work in the firm’s property department in the areas of residential and commercial conveyancing on behalf of private and institutional clients. Gareth also acts on behalf of a local bank for whom he is currently undertaking a large sale and leaseback of a portfolio of properties.
