This Department has experience in advising on a broad range of matters including commercial leasing, land acquisition and development, residential development, environmental law and business tenancies legislation. Specifically, our Commercial Property Department acts for an extensive range of clients including developers, house builders, investors, individuals and private companies. In recent years this Department has acted in mixed retail/residential developments, apartment developments together with sale and leaseback projects on behalf of major, commercial clients and institutional clients.
