Education
Rhys is a graduate of Dundee University. After training and qualifying with a large multi-practice firm in Scotland in 2006, Rhys moved to Northern Ireland in July 2007. Having spent 2 years working in a large city centre firm in Belfast, Rhys obtained his practicing certificate in Northern Ireland and moved to Johnsons in January 2010.

Rhys advises on a range of corporate and commercial law matters including the sale and acquisition of companies, group restructures and joint ventures. In addition to transactional based work, Rhys fulfils an advisory role for the firm's wide variety of commercial clients on partnership issues, intellectual property matters and commercial contracts.
