JOHNSONS ADVISE ON SALE OF ISAAC AGNEW GROUP
Johnsons solicitors who advised on the sale of the Isaac Agnew group of companies to Sytner Group limited have been congratulated on their success in managing what was a complex process within a very tight timeframe. The deal which concluded on last week for an undisclosed sum was completed at the offices of Sytner Group’s solicitors, DLA Piper LLP in Leeds with the Johnsons corporate team led by corporate partner John McMahon assisted by Rhys Jones and others.

The Isaac Agnew group of companies has been in existence since 1931 and has been one of Northern Ireland’s great success stories, has been in family ownership throughout. Commenting on the sale Andrew Agnew said:
